- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Unable to find a single member of staff despite walking through the store twice and through the external area once, we asked the till operator for help in finding a soil testing kit. She didnt know whether they sold them and told us that they were short staffed. Pity the management didnt divert a little of their large refurbishment spend on staffing the place properly.
